SURFSUGGEST iPHONE APP

A while ago we got an assignment for the OutOfHandFestival. The assignment was to create something that can go on a hand held device. Aka something (be it a  movie, application or gadget) that can be featured/played/used on your phone. 

I came up with an iPhone app for surfers so they can at all times check where the closest surfspot/shop/repair shop or hospital may be. The most important feature is the surf spot locator. So when you are somewhere you've never been you can always see the closest break and what the conditions are when you get there. You can view the beach with the webcam feature and read about the temperature of the water, the gear needed, the crowds in the line-up and read reviews from surfers that have been there.

There's also a profile option where you can favorite and save all your breaks so that you can check up on these faster. You yourself can also review spots or shops. 

I am working on a feature where the application has a mini shop so you see the newest products on the market and where you can find them.
